gurasikhaa jaikaaru satigur paaiaa.

Those gurmukhs are acclaimed who have found the true Guru.

prvwrY swDwr sbdu kmwieAw ]

paravaarai saadhaaru sabadu kamaaiaa.

Practising the Word, they have emancipated their whole families.

gurmuiK scu Awcwr Bwxw BwieAw ]

guramoukhi sachu aachaaru bhaanaa bhaaiaa.

Gurmukhs have the Will of God and they work according to the truth.

gurmuiK moK duAwr Awpu gvwieAw ]

guramoukhi mokh duaaru aap gavaaiaa.

Eschewing ego, they obtain the door of liberation.

gurmuiK praupkwr mn smJwieAw ]

guramoukhi paraoupakaar manu samajhaaiaa.

The gurmukhs have made the mind understand the principle of altruism.

gurmuiK scu AwDwr sic smwieAw ]

guramoukhi sachu aadhaaru sachi samaaiaa.

The base of gurmukhs is truth and they (finally) get absorbd into truth.

gurmuKw lokwr lypu n lwieAw ]

guramoukhaa lokaaru laypu n laaiaa.

Gurmukhs are not scared of public opinion

gurmuiK eykMkwr AlKu lKwieAw ]20]

guramoukhi aykankaaru alakhu lakhaaiaa ||20||

And this way they visualise that imperceptible Lord.
