eyhw sµiDAw prvwxu hY ijqu hir pRBu myrw iciq AwvY ]

eaehaa sandhhiaa paravaan hai jith har prabh maeraa chith aavai ||

That evening prayer alone is acceptable, which brings the Lord God to my consciousness.

hir isau pRIiq aUpjY mwieAw mohu jlwvY ]

har sio preeth oopajai maaeiaa mohu jalaavai ||

Love for the Lord wells up within me, and my attachment to Maya is burnt away.

gur parasaadhee dhubidhhaa marai manooaa asathhir sandhhiaa karae veechaar ||
